REFUND POLICY GiftTulip.com Effective Date: April 23, 2025

At GiftTulip.com, we strive to provide a valuable and enjoyable experience for all our users. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made on our Platform are handled. By subscribing to a Premium plan on GiftTulip.com, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy in full.
2. Subscription Billing
GiftTulip.com Premium subscriptions are billed on a weekly basis. Your subscription begins on the date you complete your purchase and automatically renews every week until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize GiftTulip.com to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each weekly billing cycle.
3. No Refund Policy
All subscription payments made on GiftTulip.com are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Partial weeks or unused days remaining after cancellation
- Failure to use Premium features during a paid billing period
- Dissatisfaction with the Platform, its features, or its user base
- Inability to find a match or establish a connection
- Account suspension or termination resulting from a violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Change of mind after a payment has been processed
- Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date
By completing a subscription purchase, you expressly waive any right to a refund for that payment to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
4. How to Cancel
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time by visiting your Membership page within your account settings on GiftTulip.com. No need to contact us — cancellation is self-service and takes effect at the end of your current weekly billing cycle. You will retain access to all Premium features until that period ends.
We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following week.
5. Exceptions
We understand that technical issues can occasionally occur. As such, we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, consider the following on a case-by-case basis:
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error on our end, we will investigate and issue a correction where confirmed.
- Unauthorized charges: If you believe a charge was made to your account without your authorization, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
These exceptions do not constitute a general refund policy and do not waive our no-refund position in any other circumstance. Each case is reviewed individually, and our decision is final.
